3.1 Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 24–48 business hours after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may be processed the next working day.
3.2 Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery timelines:
- Metro Cities: 2–3 business days
- Other Cities: 3–7 business days
Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or regional restrictions.
3.3 Shipment Tracking
Once an order is dispatched customers will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
3.4 Delivery Attempts
Courier partners typically attempt delivery 2–3 times before returning the shipment.
3.5 Incorrect Address
Customers must provide accurate shipping details. Narayani Exclusive shall not be responsible for delivery failure due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
3.6 Delivery Proof Clause
Delivery confirmation provided by courier partners shall be considered valid proof of delivery in case of disputes.
3.7 Return To Origin (RTO) Clause
If an order is returned due to customer refusal, incorrect address, or failed delivery attempts, Narayani Exclusive reserves the right to deduct applicable shipping charges before processing refunds.
