Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Narayani Exclusive maintains strict quality control processes before dispatching orders.
4.1 Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- Damaged product received
- Defective product received
- Incorrect product delivered
Returns for reasons such as change of mind, dislike, or minor color differences are not accepted.
4.2 Return Request Window
Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving the product. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
4.3 Unboxing Video Clause
Customers are strongly advised to record an unboxing video when opening the package. Claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect products may not be accepted without unboxing proof.
4.4 Return Conditions
Returned items must be:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- With tags and invoice
Products showing signs of use may not be eligible for return.
4.5 Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Shipping charges may not be refundable unless the error occurred from our side.
4.6 Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched cancellation will not be possible.
